Role Overview
n
We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support marketing initiatives and coordinate day-to-day operational activities. The role involves coordinating operational activities, working closely with production, technical and sales teams, managing customer requirements, and supporting the growth of engineering and industrial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
n
Operations & Team Coordination
n
n- Coordinate internal workflows and ensure effective execution of operational activities
n- Allocate tasks and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely completion
n- Coordinate with production, technical, sales, and other internal teams
n- Monitor customer requirements and coordinate smooth execution of projects and orders
n- Maintain operational records, databases, and basic reports
n

Marketing & Customer Engagement
n
n- Support and coordinate marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and digital marketing activities
n- Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing clients
n- Coordinate digital marketing and online engagement activities across LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms
n- Support the development of marketing and customer communication materials
n- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and support business development activities

n
Candidate Profile
n
n- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field
n- 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, operations, business development, or project coordination
n- Experience in coordinating or supervising a team will be an added advantage
n- Ability to understand engineering, industrial, or technical products and solutions
n- Good understanding of digital marketing and online engagement platforms
n- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
n- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem solving skills
n- Customer oriented with strong interpersonal skills
n- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team
n
