Bellevue Residences - Ja-Ela invites highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team for our ongoing 35-storey luxury apartment development project in Ja-Ela.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Professionals with strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, supported by a proven track record and relevant experience in the construction / real estate industry in a similar capacity.

• Minimum 2+ years of development and construction-related experience.
• Proven success in driving commercial return and revenue.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Dynamic, innovative and adaptable to the ever-changing demands of the industry.
