Finance Manager – Senior
Amagi Food Supply (Pvt) Limited, a leading Sri Lankan seafood processing and export company with over 25 years of experience, is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as Finance Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, financial planning, reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal financial controls while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall financial operations and accounting activities.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, costs, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with banks and financial institutions.
- Lead the finance team and provide financial insights to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA qualification will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a well-established company, preferably in a Finance Manager or similar senior position.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and cash flow management.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and computer skills.
