We, Priyantha Distributors well – established company is looking for a young, responsible and customer oriented lady to join our team as versatile Female Customer Care Officers.
To be Successful in this role, she should be -
Requirements –
- Female, below 30 years of age
- G.C.E. O/L qualification minimum; A/L qualification will be an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Service, Reception, or a similar position
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to customers politely, decently and professionally
- Pleasant personality with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints and requests professionally
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work well with colleagues and maintain good relationships with customers
- Working hours: 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing within a convenient distance from our office located in Kadawatha & within Gampaha District Vicinity
