Procurement Assistant

We are a leading Apparel manufacturer specializing in Ladies' and Children's wear, established in 1988 and catering to the USA and UK markets.

For spreading out our operations, we invite dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated individuals with exceptional skills for the following vacancy in our Head Office (Kadawata).

Your Profile

• Good results in GCE Advanced Level
• Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant / Purchasing Officer or similar role will be an advantage
• Ability to work long hours
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures and Hands-on experience with purchasing software
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Solid organizational skills

Job Description

• Negotiating prices with suppliers and purchasing quality products at the best price
• Coordinate with the internal departments and purchase in a timely manner
• Follow up with suppliers and ensure timely receipt of goods
• Liaise with warehouse/store to ensure all products arrive in good condition and GRN.
• Liaise with Finance Department to obtain cash and settle advances on time
