Area Sales Manager
Region: Uva/Sabaragamuwa
We are looking for dynamic and result oriented Area Sales Manager to join our team
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage dealer & distributor networks within the assigned area
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Lead, motivate and guide the sales team
- Ensure proper product display, branding, and promotions at dealer points
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales (hardware/power tools preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned area
- Valid driving license
- Basic computer & reporting skills
