Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage and oversee all workshop operations ensuring productivity, quality and timely completion of project.
- Maintain quality, safety, and 5S standards in the workshop.
- Supervise, guide and develop workshop staff including foremen, fabricators, welders and unskilled laborers.
- Monitor performance, solve operational issues and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in steel building fabrication.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Technical knowledge of steel fabrication and workshop operations.
- Good problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control.
Educational Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
