Hot Kitchen Chef

We are looking for a passionate Hot kitchen chef to deliver an exceptional customer experience at our Battler Tea Lounge in Colombo 03.

Requirements:
n
n- Passed GCE A/L (Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification is an advantage)
n- 02 years experiences in hot kitchen will be an added advantage
n- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef and a Commis II Chef will be an added advantage
n
n
Skills & Attributes:
n
n- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of hot kitchen items
n- Knowledge of modern baking techniques, cooking techniques and machineries
n- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
n- Monitor ingredient stock levels
n- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
n- Handle orders and assist customers courteously
n- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team & time management skills
n- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
n- Knowledge of new trends and interest in R&D
n- Responsible for managing restaurant operations
n
