LAB TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technical Assistant to join our team. If you have a background in textiles and enjoy coordinating with customers and internal teams, this could be the opportunity for you!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate customer requirements and follow up on product developments.
- Communicate with customers regarding development status, approvals, and requirements.
- Coordinate with the Lab, Dye House, and other relevant departments to facilitate colour rack development.
- Follow up on customer approvals and ensure timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to customers and management.
- Support the team in resolving customer-related issues promptly and effectively.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Textile, Clothing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the textile/apparel industry, will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
