CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for automobiles
• Customer service experience preferred
• Computer literacy and reporting skills
• Ability to manage customer inquiries and appointments
• Team player with a professional attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer consultations
• Prepare service quotations
• Coordinate detailing jobs with technicians
• Follow up on customer satisfaction
• Maintain service records and schedules
