SENIOR TRAVEL EXECUTIVE - INBOUND
Ceylux Travels, a fully owned subsidiary of the IJVR Group and a Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) registered company, is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Senior Travel Executive.
Responsibilities :
- Design and customize unique travel itineraries/packages for international guest.
- Maintain strong relationships with Clients, Hotels, Suppliers & Internal teams.
- Bringing in new business opportunities and driving sales growth of the company.
- Provide personalized support & assistance to clients throughout their tour.
- Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies with professionalism.
- Create costing for each travel request & Daily result reported to management.
Requirements :
- Minimum two (2) years experience in inbound tour operations.
- Educational qualification in Tourism, Hospitality or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Computer Literacy.
- Experience with MS Office and other relevant Booking Software.
- Preferred Male Candidates only.
