Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Sri Lankan Labour Law and employment practices.
- Male candidates aged between 22 and 27 years.
- Previous experience in HR, Administration, or Office Management will be an added advantage.
- Excellent command of English and Sinhala with strong communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, Email, and digital coordination tools).
