Senior Workshop Manager
Autogroup International (Pvt) Ltd. is a 100% Australian owned, BOI approved company, a pioneer in the left to right hand drive conversion of American motor vehicles, with a continuous presence of 20+ years in Sri Lanka.
Requirements
- Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering OR a relevant vocational qualification with a minimum of NVQ Level 7.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in automotive workshop operations, including at least 8 years in a managerial capacity, with specific experience working with American or European vehicles.
- Excellent technical knowledge of automotive systems, vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair operations.
- Proven leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage workshop operations efficiently while maintaining compliance standards and customer satisfaction.
- Age above 45 years.
