SALES REPRESENTATIVE (KALUTARA / MINUWANGODA / GAMPAHA)

We are seeking experienced and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join our team in the Kalutara, Minuwangoda and Gampaha areas. The ideal candidates should have proven sales experience, excellent customer relationship-building skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

What you’ll Do:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned area
• Ensure timely collection of payments and assist in recovery planning
• Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and visit summaries to management.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure satisfactory resolutions

What We’re Looking For:

• G.C.E. (O/L) Pass, Including Mathematics
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Field Sales Preferably in Building materials
• Willingness to learn, team player, adaptable attitude
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned Territories
• Valid riding/driving license
