DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator who can enter and manage data accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate should be organized and able to complete data entry tasks quickly while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities
- Enter data related to the entire manufacturing process.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production summaries.
- Update KPI dashboards on a day-to-day basis.
- Prepare weekly and monthly presentations.
- Complete the month-end Operations Summary Report with the required data.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint, particularly for preparing and maintaining operational documentation.
- Good English literacy, including the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Minimum one year of experience in data entry operations or a related operational environment.
- Preferably residing in or having a strong connection to the Katunayake area, considering operational requirements and accessibility.
- Educational qualification above Advanced Level (A/L) is essential.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, coordinate operational documentation, and support day-to-day factory activities.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with the factory operations team.
