We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001
- Coordinate internal quality audits and monitor corrective actions
- Support external certification, surveillance, and customer audits
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, customer specifications, and industry regulations
- Investigate product defects and non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend CAPA
- Maintain quality inspection reports, test records, and related documentation
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues
- Promote quality awareness and support employee training on quality procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within a manufacturing environment
- ISO 9001 Lead/Internal Auditor certification will be an added advantage
