(ASSISTANT MANAGER POSITION)

We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and team-oriented individual to oversee our night shift manufacturing operations and ensure maximum productivity and operational efficiency.
The Candidate:
- Male candidates are preferred due to the nature of the night-shift responsibilities
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in a supervisory or shift-in-charge role
- Experience in production planning, manpower coordination, and shift supervision
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, workplace safety and quality standards.
- Ability to ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and production targets
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office for reporting and documentation
- Willingness to work night shifts, extended hours, and weekends when required
