Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and Monitor Transport Schedules.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, management & external stakeholders.
- Handle Transport related issues, incidents and follow ups.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in Transport & Logistic coordination or Fleet management is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documentation.
- Good Communication Skills with a pleasant attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of vehicle operations and transport compliance.
- Willingness to work in a shift basis as per a roster.
