MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
QUALITY ASSURANCE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with company standards and applicable requirements.
- Support quality inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
- Assist in monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing processes, including printing, lamination, slitting, and bag-making.
- Conduct routine quality checks and maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
- Identify quality deviations and assist in investigating non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist in maintaining quality-related documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D, Pre-Press, and other relevant departments to ensure consistent product quality.
- Support internal audits, customer audits, and external certification audits.
- Follow established food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and quality standards applicable to flexible packaging manufacturing.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- A BSc degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline will be an added advantage.
- School leavers are strongly encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates who have followed the Science stream for the GCE Advanced Level examination.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with prior work experience in manufacturing organizations are welcome to apply.
- A keen interest in Quality Assurance, laboratory testing, and manufacturing processes.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
