JOB VACANCIES
Crown Feeds (Pvt) Ltd is looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our team at our Payagala facility for the following positions.
1. PLANT MANAGER
Leadership | Operations | Growth
- Responsible for overall plant operations, production, maintenance, quality and manpower management.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a feed mill or similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent).
- At least 5 years' experience in feed mill or manufacturing industry.
2. ASSISTANT PLANT MANAGER
Support | Coordination | Results
- Assist in managing day-to-day plant operations and production activities.
- Experience in feed mill or manufacturing operations will be an advantage.
- Good leadership, coordination and communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent).
- 2–5 years' experience in feed mill or manufacturing industry.
3. PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS – 4 VACANCIES
Supervision | Quality | Production
- Supervise daily production activities and production staff.
- Monitor production processes, quality and production output.
- Previous experience in a feed mill or manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Agriculture
- Good knowledge in poultry feed production will be an added advantage.
