Managed IT Technician

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices.
    • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
    • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and business applications.
    • Administer user accounts through Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
    • Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including switches, routers, wireless access points, and firewalls.
    • Monitor and maintain backbone support systems and endpoint security.
