Responsibilities
- Manage daily supermarket operations
- Supervise staff and ensure proper duty allocation
- Monitor sales performance and stock levels
- Ensure high standards of customer service
- Ensure compliance with government regulations & standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a supermarket or retail management role
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic knowledge of stock management and POS systems
- Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
