Kanwel Construction and Civil Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is one of the leading construction firm involving specially in road construction industry, is seeking highly skilled and motivated professional for below positions.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Qualifications & Experience Required
Quantity Surveyor (Vavuniya Site)
- B.Sc. (QS) or equivalent qualification (HND)
- Minimum Of 5 Year experience road construction works.
Quantity Surveyor (Balangoda Site)
- HND (QS), ND (QS) City & Guilds Advanced Diploma in QS.
- Minimum 5 year of Road Projects.
PLANNING ENGINEER
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar capacity, Road construction site experience.
- Good working knowledge of MS Project, Primavers P6 or equivalent.
- Additional academic or Professional qualifications in Project Management will be an added advantage.
- Prepare, monitor, and update Construction Programmes and Schedules.
- Plan and Coordinate Construction activities in line with Project requirements.
- Monitor Project Progress, identify Potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain planning – related documentation and support the Project Management team in achieving timely project Completion.
