Are you a detail-oriented logistics professional with deep knowledge of fabrics and trims? We are looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily inventory operations, manage stock accuracy, and streamline our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Oversee daily warehouse and store operations, including receiving, dispatching, and stock reconciliation.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records for fabrics, apparel accessories, and finished goods using store management software.
- Stock Audits: Conduct regular stock audits, monitor reorder levels, and minimize wastage or inventory discrepancies.
- Team Leadership: Supervise store assistants, ensuring strict safety standards, efficient space utilization, and organized storage.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Store Supervisor (preferably in the Apparel or Textile Industry).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in Fabric & Apparel Accessories (trims, threads, buttons, zippers, linings) is strictly required.
- Education & Certification: Diploma/Certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Store Management is a strong advantage.
- Core Skills: Proficient in inventory software/ERP systems, MS Excel, and team leadership.
