WE ARE HIRING! WAREHOUSE MANAGER
INTRODUCTION

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations, optimize inventory control, and ensure smooth material flow to support world-class apparel manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall warehouse operations including fabric, trims, and finished goods storage.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and stock reconciliation.
- Implement FIFO practices and maintain proper material traceability.
- Plan and control material receiving, storage, and issuing processes.
- Monitor warehouse productivity, space utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop warehouse team members to achieve performance targets.
- Coordinate with Sourcing, Planning, Production, and Quality departments.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and company procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction opportunities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in warehouse operations within the apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of fabric, trims, and garment manufacturing material handling.
- Experience in inventory management systems and ERP applications.
- Knowledge of FIFO, stock accuracy, 5S, and warehouse best practices.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
