POST OF MANAGER - QUALITY ASSURANCE

We are a fast-growing Group looking for a Manager - Quality Assurance to join us and build a long-term career.
Key Tasks:
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function across manufacturing and processing operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective Quality Management and Food Safety Management Systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable food safety, quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Monitor and maintain standards including BRCGS, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, Organic, Rainforest Alliance, Kosher, and other relevant certifications.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
- Establish and monitor quality control procedures, standards, specifications, and inspection programs.
- Identify quality and food safety risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Investigate customer complaints, non-conformities, deviations, and quality-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor laboratory testing, product analysis, raw material quality, and finished product quality.
- Work closely with Production, Procurement, R&D, Warehouse, and other relevant departments to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, food safety, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate QA documentation, records, reports, and audit-related evidence.
- Provide guidance, training, and awareness programs to employees on quality and food safety requirements.
- Keep the organization updated on changes in relevant food safety regulations, standards, and customer requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications in Food Safety, Quality Management, HACCP, ISO 22000, BRCGS, or related areas will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the food, spice, export, or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety management systems, quality standards, auditing, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in handling certification and customer audits.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel between company locations/factories when required.
