Project Coordinator - Logistic/Courier System Support

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Logistics or Courier related coordination/support (Mandatory).
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Primary Client Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for key courier client accounts, managing operational inquiries and day-to-day coordination.
- Ticket & Incident Management: Classify and log bugs, change requests, and incident priority levels (P1–P5) in Jira / SCR before work is committed.
- Requirement Gathering & Scope Control: Conduct business impact assessments for change requests (SCR) and obtain formal client approvals prior to development.
- Release & UAT Coordination: Coordinate internal testing, client User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and scheduled deployment releases.
- Blocker Escalation: Identify client-side or technical blockers early and escalate critical incidents to technical leadership.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and interest in IT and systems
- Experience in the courier sector will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluent in English
