QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER

We are seeking a quality-driven professional with a passion for maintaining the highest standards in manufacturing excellence to join our team as a Senior Executive – Quality Assurance. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across our operations.
Job Profile
- Conduct routine operational monitoring and verification for ISO 22000:2018 and SLSI compliance on the factory floor.
- Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) under the HACCP system and maintain accurate daily food safety records.
- Supervise real-time in-process quality parameters, including line hygiene, production temperature controls, and mixing/extrusion ratios.
- Inspect and test incoming raw materials, ingredients, and packaging supplies against quality standards.
- Assist with investigations into quality non-conformities and customer complaints, implementing CAPA to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain quality documentation, SOP logs, and batch records during operational shifts.
Candidate Profile
- Must be willing and fully available to work weekly night shifts on a rotational basis.
- Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Applied Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience 1 to 3 years of practical experience in Quality Assurance/Control, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Functional knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and basic laboratory testing.
