WE ARE HIRING
ASSISTANT FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the smooth operation of our Food & Beverage Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily F&B operations.
- Supervise and guide F&B staff to maintain service standards.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Monitor inventory, stock control, and cost management.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational standards are maintained.
Requirements:
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or F&B.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a star-class hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage operations and cost control.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and manage a team effectively.
- Good command of English.
