EXECUTIVE - PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate production plans across DC, Snack, Cluster, Spices, and Milk & Oil operations, considering demand, capacity, and material availability.
- Monitor plan-vs-actual performance and adjust planning inputs based on production, process, and engineering constraints.
- Analyze process and digitalized data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, downtime, and opportunities for improvement.
- Apply Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies such as 5S, root cause analysis, OEE, and value stream mapping to drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, QA/R&D, and coordination teams to implement improvement initiatives and optimize equipment utilization and changeover times.
- Track and report planning and improvement KPIs while developing SOPs and best-practice documentation for sustainable improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity (process improvement, planning, or industrial engineering role), preferably in food manufacturing/FMCG
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and basic engineering principles
- Working knowledge of Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma concepts (certification a plus, not mandatory)
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with production/process data
- Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Process Engineering, or related field
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
