Vacancies for Assistant Civil Engineers
We are a Public Listed Company engaged in Civil, Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering Projects in Sri Lanka, for well over Four decades.
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced & qualified Assistant Civil Engineer for our Civil/Water project division. In this role, you will assist the Site In-charge and Project Manager in all on-site operations and leading the project to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solid understanding of construction project implementation.
- Assist in planning, design, implementation, monitoring, and documentation
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and supervisors.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standard.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- NDT/HNDE/NDES (Civil) or equivalent qualification.
- 3+ years of proven experience in civil construction projects, ideally with exposure to water-related infrastructure (e.g., pipelines, treatment plants, reservoirs, drainage, or irrigation).
Skills & competencies:
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- to coordinate with site teams and contractors
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skill.
- Ability to multitask & work under pressure
