GOLD LOAN

ASSISTANT MANAGER /STOCK CONTROLLER (Galle, Nawala Head office, Moratuwa)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive performance by achieving key targets and KPIs in gold loan operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining a high quality loan portfolio.
• Lead business development initiatives to expand our gold loan customer base.
• Manage loan recovery processes effectively to minimize non-performing loans (NPLs).

Candidate Profile

• Successfully completed GCE A/L examination.
• Minimum of two years' work experience in the gold loan sector. (For Assistant Manager)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
