WE ARE HIRING – Quantity Surveyors, Safety Officers & Storekeepers
Location: Western, Uva & Central Provinces, Sri Lanka
Company: Ransavi Construction (Pvt) Ltd, Moratuwa.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Requirements:
- Diploma/HND or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
- Previous site experience is essential.
- Experience in Water Supply, Building Construction or Civil Engineering projects will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation and rate analysis.
- Experience in preparing Interim Payment Applications (IPAs/IPC) and final accounts.
- Ability to prepare and check subcontractor bills/sub bills, measurements and valuations.
- Experience in variation orders, material reconciliation and cost monitoring.
- Good knowledge of contract documentation and construction procedures.
- Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.
SAFETY OFFICER
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
- Previous site experience in Building Construction, Water Supply or Civil Engineering projects.
- Good knowledge of construction safety procedures, risk assessment and safe work practices.
- Knowledge of PPE requirements and safety inspections.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
STOREKEEPER
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a construction project.
- Previous experience in Building Construction, Water Supply or Civil Engineering projects will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, equipment and consumables.
- Ability to maintain proper stock records and documentation.
- Basic computer knowledge, particularly MS Excel.
- Good organizational, communication and reporting skills.
