DATA ENTRY OPERATOR
Join Our Factory Team!
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and computer-literate individual to join our factory team as a Data Entry Operator.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter daily production and operational data into the ERP system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain accurate production records and data files.
- Update stock, material, and other factory-related information as required.
- Check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and verify information.
- Perform other computer-related administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
- Good computer literacy and typing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work responsibly and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
