1. COMMIS 1
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in food preparation and cooking as assigned.
- Ensure all ingredients are prepared and stored properly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
- Follow kitchen standards and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation.
- Willig to learn and work in a team.
- Good attitude and discipline.
2. COMMIS II
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Handle and store ingredients as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen practices.
- Willing to learn and work under pressure.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
3. KITCHEN STEWARD
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment and cookware.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
- Dispose of waste in a proper manner.
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Good personal hygiene and grooming.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
4. HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and daily operations.
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to standards.
- Monitor inventory and housekeeping supplies.
- Train staff and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years' experience in housekeeping in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping standards and best practices.
5. F&B WAITER / WAITRESS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service equipment.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant.
- Good personal hygiene and grooming.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
6. BARMAN
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, cocktails and mocktails.
- Ensure bar is well stocked and organized.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bar area and equipment.
- Provide excellent service to guests.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Barman in a hotel or restaurant.
- Good knowledge of beverages and cocktail recipes.
- Good communication skills and a presentable personality.
7. TRAINEE MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in routine maintenance and repair tasks.
- Support maintenance team in daily operations.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Keep records of maintenance activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
- Good communication skills.
8. RECEPTIONIST (MALE)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Register guests and handle check-in/check-out efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Friendly and presentable.
