Executive - Warehouse Operations
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual to join The Cake Way team as an Executive – Warehouse Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations efficiently
- Manage and monitor stock responsibility and inventory accuracy
- Prepare orders and coordinate timely dispatch
- Arrange stock transfers between branches and warehouse
- Print and manage product barcodes and labeling
- Plan and coordinate deliveries effectively
- Supervise warehouse staff and manage team performance
- Ensure proper stock handling, storage, and organization
- Coordinate with branches and operations teams
- Maintain operational records and reporting
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good computer knowledge (Excel, inventory systems, email handling)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Experience in stock management and warehouse coordination is an advantage
