Human Resource Executive - Payroll
The ideal candidate should have:
- BSc / MSc in Human Resource Management or Business Management or any other professional qualification in HRM (PQHRM / CQHRM).
- Minimum of 03 years of experience in the payroll processing and experience in healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge in HR related information and analytics and proficiency in working with HRIS, data bases and office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective multitasking, coordinating and planning capabilities to handle a wide scope of responsibilities.
- Age between 30 to 45 years.
Human Resource Assistant
The ideal candidate should have:
- Fully or partly qualified a degree or any other professional qualification in HRM from a recognize institution.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the same setting. Experience in Health care sector will be an added advantage.
- Sounds knowledge in HR related information and analytics and experience in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- A dynamic personality who is eager to take on challenges.
- Possess high level of commitment and adaptability with good IT skills and communication skills.
- Age between 25 to 35 years.
