Manager/Assistant Manager – Customer Service & Logistics (Contract Basis)
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or equivalent qualification.
- 5-7 years' experience in warehousing and logistics.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and ERP systems (JDE preferred).
- Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to work under pressure.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage end-to-end customer service & logistics operations.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure stock accuracy and warehouse compliance.
- Manage transport, warehousing, and logistics partners.
- Oversee ERP (JDE) inventory and replenishment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence.
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)
