CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

Head Office - Nittambuwa (Full Time)

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused individual to handle customer inquiries, provide information about our courses, follow up with prospective students and maintain excellent customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Call Centre or customer service role.
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Excellent PR and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work on weekends.
