Join our team as an Intern – Plant Lean Enterprise and play a key role in supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing operations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in driving Lean projects, support process improvement initiatives, and contribute to Kaizen activities that enhance efficiency and productivity. You will help monitor project progress, coordinate improvement activities, and maintain accurate documentation while supporting the implementation of operational best practices. The role provides exposure to Lean manufacturing principles, project coordination, process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with diverse teams.
The ideal candidate will be an undergraduate in Physical Science, Project Management, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field and bring strong communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
