Requirements:
- CBA or CCA certificate from CA Sri Lanka, or Member of AAT Sri Lanka, Part qualification in CIMA or ACCA, or graduate in commerce/finance, etc.
- 2-3 years of experience in an audit firm; or a financial institution, leasing company, or microfinance organisation.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computerised accounting systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as a team member.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
