SENIOR MANAGER – PLANNING & ANALYTICS
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting process of the Company, including conducting variance analyses and implementing measures to minimize deviations from budgeted targets.
- Conduct feasibility assessments, financial forecasts, and develop financial models within the financial services sector.
- Lead the MIS function, ensuring timely, accurate and reliable management reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of MIS systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess information needs and drive data-driven insights.
- Lead MIS-related projects, including new product development and technology optimization initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor's degree in management, Finance, Accounting or a recognized professional qualification (CIMA, CA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 8 years experience in MIS/Business Intelligence/Data Analytics.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Effective presentation and communication skills.
