What We're Looking For
- Energetic candidates below 25 years of age
- Passionate about customer service, with fluency in three languages: English, Tamil, and Sinhala
- Based within or near Colombo city, for easy commute.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, especially in Call Quality Assurance and MS Excel.
- Adaptable team players, comfortable working roster/shift patterns based on operational needs.
