DIGITAL MARKETING VACANCIES

We are on the lookout for highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team on urgent basis to cope with the current expansion taking place within the organization. All selected candidates will be required to work in our Sales Office / Stores / Workshop Complex situated at Niyandagala, Pannipitiya, which is conveniently located in a close proximity to Southern Expressway Inter-change at Kottawa. Candidates residing within 10 Km radius from Kottawa / Homagama are preferred.

DIGITAL MARKETING & MEDIA EXECUTIVE (MALE / FEMALE)
(FULL-TIME / PART- TIME / FREELANCE / HYBRID BASIS)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Capture high quality photos and videos on products and services offered by the company
- Plan and execute social media content across multiple platforms
- Edit videos and images for promotional content and social media campaigns
- Manage daily social media activities (scheduling, posting, and community engagement)
- Develop creative content ideas that are aligned with current market trends
- Provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach
- Monitor performance metrics
- Work closely with MD and marketing dept colleagues to support marketing campaigns
- Multitasking and prioritizing urgent and important work
- Assist with the preparation of presentation and meeting materials
- Be ready to work under pressure and deadlines
- Maintaining confidentiality whilst adhering to data protection policies
Requirements
- Be an expert in digital content and graphic creation, web designing
- Experience in handling all social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok etc)
- Practical experience with AI tools for graphic designing, content creation, video production and image generation (ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly, Copilot, Runway, AI and similar platforms)
- Familiarity with editing tools such as CANVA, CAPCUT, ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE or similar software
- Knowledge on photography and videography
- Must have the ability to create high quality promotional material, graphics, social media content reels, videos, advertisements and all other digital marketing content
- A good command of both written and spoken English (with good handwriting) coupled with outstanding communication skills. Candidates who are fluent in English will have a definite advantage over others
- Must be a competent and committed individual
- Must be an expert on Office Packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Be ready to work under pressure and meet given deadlines
- Excellent time and task management skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time
- Previous experience in a similar capacity would be a definite advantage over others.
