QUANTITY SURVEYOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, and cost plans
- Measure quantities from drawings and site visits
- Prepare quotations and project cost reports
- Monitor project costs and material usage
- Coordinate with project managers, workshop, and site teams
- Assist in procurement and subcontractor evaluations
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree, HND, Diploma, or NVQ in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Male candidates preferred
- Age 25 years and above
- Relevant work experience will be an added advantage
- Experience in construction, interior fit-outs, furniture manufacturing, or woodworking projects will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and project costing
- Proficiency in MS Excel (AutoCAD is an added advantage)
- Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
