Job Description
Frosttec Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is a leading provider of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and cold chain engineering solutions in Sri Lanka. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual to join our operations team as a Stores Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring accurate tracking, receiving, inspection, and issuance of spare parts, components, and tools.
- Stock Accuracy & Audits: Maintain real-time inventory records, perform regular physical stock counts, and reconcile physical inventory with stock management systems.
- Order Fulfillment & Dispatch: Coordinate material issues for field technical teams and project sites to ensure timely dispatch and zero operational downtime.
- Supplier Coordination: Inspect incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes for quality, quantity, and technical specifications.
- Storage Optimization: Ensure systematic categorisation, binning, and safe storage of goods to maximize space utilization and maintain clean, organized stores.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or storekeeping (experience handling HVAC, electrical, or engineering components is an advantage).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and store management/ERP software. Strong familiarity with SKU management structures.
- Competencies: High numerical accuracy, strong organizational skills, and effective communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Attributes: A self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving skills and high integrity.
