Skills & Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Relations or Development Studies, preferably from LSE
- Prior university-level teaching experience or professional experience in the development sector
- A strong understanding of Development Studies and related fields
- The ability to deliver engaging lectures that integrate academic theory with practical development experience
Job Description
- Demonstrate unwavering commitment to teaching and consistently strive for excellence in instructional methods.
- Minimize lecture cancellations and rescheduling, ensuring regular and dependable course delivery.
- Develop and submit comprehensive module plans within the first month of the academic year adhering to the latest guidelines and revising them annually.
- Engage in mentoring and provide academic support to students as needed, ensuring their academic success and development.
- Adhere to all institutional policies and guidelines set by the Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA).
