Digital Content Creator

Job Profile
- Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, marketing campaigns, internal communications, and print materials
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to create content for paid media campaigns and other marketing initiatives
- Ensure all visual content is consistent with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality
- Stay updated with the latest design, content creation, and video editing trends and incorporate relevant trends into creative work
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and turnaround times
- Provide creative input and suggestions to improve visual content and strengthen the overall brand presence
- Handle photography and videography for internal shoots, including camera operation, composition, lighting, and basic video production
- Assist with website content updates and data uploads using Strapi when required
The Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, video editing, and videography
- A degree, diploma, or certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field is an advantage
- Proven experience in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva
- Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
- Experience in photography and videography, including camera operation, composition, lighting, and basic video production
- Working knowledge of AI-powered design and video editing tools
- A keen eye for aesthetics, composition, typography, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of website design, UI tools such as Figma, and content management platforms such as Strapi is an added advantage
- A strong portfolio of design and video editing projects is highly preferred
