Bilesma Natural (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a dynamic, creative, and energetic Brand Executive to strengthen and promote our growing natural beauty and wellness brand.
We are looking for someone who can take the brand to the next level through brand promotions, awareness programs, events, activations, and creative marketing initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement activities to increase brand awareness and visibility.
- Plan and organize brand awareness programs, promotional campaigns, events, workshops and activations.
- Identify suitable locations, institutions, organizations, communities and events for brand promotion.
- Coordinate and execute product awareness and promotional programs.
- Represent and promote the Bilesma brand at exhibitions, events, campaigns and other public activities.
- Develop creative ideas to introduce and promote Bilesma products to new customers.
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, institutions, event organizers and other external parties for brand-building activities.
- Plan sampling, demonstrations, product presentations and customer engagement activities.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to convert brand awareness into business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer preferences.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights and communicate them to management.
- Prepare monthly plans, activity reports and performance reports for brand promotion activities.
- Maintain strong brand consistency across all promotional activities and communications materials.
- Support new product launches and develop promotional strategies to create market awareness.
- Travel to different locations when required for brand promotions and awareness programs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Promotions, Events or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to organize and execute promotional events and awareness programs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Creative and confident personality with the ability to interact with customers and the public.
- Good networking and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Willingness to travel for brand activities and promotional events.
- A valid driving license would be an added advantage.
