Lecturer (Probationary) - Department of Textile, Fashion & Clothing Technologies

The Role

• Design & deliver course material & lectures in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology & Apparel Production, Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising and Fashion Technology & Design.
• Foster a collaborative learning environment through engaging & interactive classroom activities.
• Work closely with the department Head to create Industry learning opportunities and exposure for students.
• Introduce and suggest innovative learning techniques to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

Requirements

Lecturer (Probationary) – A degree with specialization in the relevant field with a first- or second-class (upper division) AND should have completed a postgraduate diploma level in a 2-year research-based master degree in a related field. WITH at least three (03) years of experience in one or more of the following:

• (i) Teaching at University Level
• (ii) Professional experience
• (iii) Research in a recognized institution
